Working Part-time in Japan

International students are allowed to work part-time upon receiving permission from the school attended as well as from the nearest Regional Immigration Bureau in Japan.

Employment should not be in areas involved in negative activities contravening public morals Employment sought should not interfere with studies Students are advised to adhere to the number of hours permitted for part-timers.
